Jeremy “The Guy” Olden
Jeremy began his career with Marel service in 2002 working for Gunnar Electronics. He continued with Marel Seattle until 2020. When Marel decided to leave the maritime industry, Jeremy accepted the role of Marel service manager at Fusion Marine (Network Innovations) to rebuild the Marel maritime service department from the ground up. After 5 years of successful service and support, he has now moved forward in creating Olden Marine, offering positions to all his technicians, and continues to provide unmatched, experienced service to his clients.
Karl “The Professor” Beutelspacher
Karl provides unparalleled knowledge with food processing equipment and has been working in the fishing industry for over 40 years. He’s worked on scallop vessels, pollock vessels, as a factory technician, and as a Baader technician. Karl spent 26 years with Marel service that begin with Gunnar Electronics. Karl was an integral part of developing and shaping the flow scale program by working closely with the industry, Marel and NMFS. He does not shy away from remote locations, custom equipment, or heavy workloads.
Ryan “The Red Falcon” Davis
Ryan also began his Marel career working at Gunnar Electronics, in the early 2000’s. While seasonal in the early years, Ryan spent several years traveling and living abroad. He later returned to the states and joined Marel Seattle full time in 2020, and then continued his career with Fusion Marine. Ryan has always been drawn to the sea and has sailed across the Atlantic, more than once. He enjoys paragliding and pretty much all extreme sports.
Marcus “Mr. Sunshine” Pascual
Marcus spent 14 years working onboard various fishing vessels, working his way up from processor, to foreman, to factory manager. In early 2024 Marcus joined the Marel service team, time after time he has proven his dedication, and has fast tracked his knowledge to become a great technician. Marcus is wave of hard work and positivity.
